Customer Service Plan

The Fry Systems statement of direction is to work to the client's specifications and management style, so clients frequently utilise Fry Systems as an agent of change.

A key element of our involvement is to embrace the "holistic" nature of Information Systems, and issues which are outside the scope of the direct assignment, but which impinge upon it, are readily addressed by referral to the client organisation. Fry Systems has embraced the management styles and imperatives of clients ranging from a major mining company to a major Industrial Union, and across both the private and public sectors.


Our in house technical skills cover the following entrprise standards:

  • Microsoft .NET Development - VB.NET and ASP.NET
  • Microsoft Visual Basic.
  • Microsoft SQLServer.
  • Business Objects Crystal Reports (and previous versions)

Standards and Methodology

We are committed to using the appropriate aspects of the CMM (Capability Maturity Model) as this gives the appropriate review and flexible approach needed in our development work. A fully developed Test Methodology control is implemented and is individualised for each project, with the client having on-line access to progressive testing Plans and Results. For our own work, we utilise TestComplete Automated Testing from Quality Assurance Corporation

All clients have access to our web-enabled Incident Logs, and Support system for on-line follow up on any support issues raised with us. This gives direct access to our internal control systems.

These standards and methodologies are applied by us within our activity, on top of any Quality Assurance and Project Methodology requested by our client
